The site www.adamascaviar.ae has been created for the sale of caviar and its accessories online in the respect of the Italian legislation in subject of agreements at a distance. The sale of caviar online on the site www.adamascaviar.ae is regulated by the present General Conditions and from eventual particular conditions, concerning single goods or services, that can be present directly in the card of the product and that must be considered integral and substantial part of the contract of sale. It invites therefore the Customer, before sending the order, to read carefully the conditions of sale of our caviar and its accessories as identified above and the information contained therein and to print them and/or save them on another durable support accessible to him. We reserve the right to change the conditions of sale of our caviar and its accessories at any time. Any new conditions will be effective from the time of publication on the site and will apply only to sales concluded after the publication. The shipment of the order from part of the Customer is worth like acceptance of the conditions of sale to that moment in vigor. How the contract is concluded The contract will be concluded and the purchase order binding as soon as the customer has confirmed the order and accepted the general conditions of sale of our caviar and its accessories.

Prices

The prices of the caviar and its accessories indicated in the various sections of this site are to be considered VAT included. The prices applied are those indicated in the site to the moment of the checkout from part of the Customer. Any taxes and additional charges will be clearly indicated in the order summary before the final submission by the customer. The prices of caviar and its accessories are subject to change and, therefore, the prices from time to time indicated on the site, cancel and replace those previously indicated.

Characteristics and availability of caviar

In particular circumstances, Salmo-Pan Societa' Agricola S.r.l. could not be able to assure the availability of all the products offered. In this case will promptly inform the customer of the possible unavailability of the ordered product. At this point we let you freely choose between proceeding with the modified order (deprived of the unavailable products) or cancel the entire order. Of course, the total amount will be related to the final order, that is, the goods that will actually be delivered.

Shipping

Shipping has a variable cost depending on weight, area and country of destination. Shipping costs can be changed at any time, without notice. Of course, any shipping costs applied are those indicated on the site at the time of order creation by the customer and any changes will be applied only to subsequent orders. To avoid deterioration of the product for stops on weekends and holidays, shipments will take place only at the beginning of the week, more precisely: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Payment methods

You can choose from the payment terms available on the website at the time of order placement by the customer. In particular we accept payment by Credit Card. The order will be processed only after receipt of payment. In some cases, only for business customers and only after appropriate agreements between the parties may be granted deferred payments.

Guarantees and responsibility

Salmo-Pan Societa' Agricola S.r.l., within the limits of availability as regulated above, guarantees that products will be delivered equal to those indicated and described on the website. Salmo-Pan Societa' Agricola S.r.l. guarantees the respect of all the norms regarding the conservation of the products until the moment of the delivery to the place indicated in the order. For all products sold, the responsibility of the producer applies. In the case of packaged products, the manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the indications given on the packaging. The images on the site are provided to the customer to facilitate the recognition of products, due to changes in the packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered.

Right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 185/1999)

As provided by the rules in force the customers of www.adamascaviar.ae enjoy the guarantee of satisfaction or refund with the ability to return, without penalty, the products purchased within 10 working days of receipt by giving appropriate notice. The right of withdrawal is exercised by communicating the request for refund by e-mail at customer-service@adamascaviar.ae. The 'e-mail must be followed, within the prescribed period, by a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Salmo-Pan Societa' Agricola S.r.l. - Via Castello, 75 - 26025 Pandino (CR) - Italy. The product must be returned within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the goods at the above address. The consumer is required to return the goods, within the time established by the right of withdrawal, to the supplier bearing only the costs of returning the product. In case of cancellation of order, within the time and in the manner provided by the right of withdrawal, Salmo-Pan S.r.l. will return the amount paid for the purchase within 30 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal.

Competent forum

Civil disputes relating to the application, execution and interpretation of the contract of sale at a distance are subject to Italian jurisdiction and the competent court will be the place of residence or domicile of the customer, if located in Italian territory. The distance contracts stipulated with Salmo-Pan Societa' Agricola S.r.l. are governed by Italian law and, for what is not expressly provided for, the rules of law on the subject are valid.
